Sea view studios:

The sea view studios are located on the third level of the first outbuilding, these are accessible directly from the garden via a short staircase surrounded by greenery. Excellent for a couple, they consist of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and outdoor terrace, the kitchenette equipped with a large fridge/freazeer is connected to the outdoor terrace, therefore in a separate room from the bedroom.

Two-room apartments with bedroom and kitchen/living room:

Located in the second annex are the two-room apartments with internal kitchen/living room, these are made up of: double bedroom, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. In addition to the internal living room, they also have an external patio shaded by awnings where it is possible to have lunch or dinner outdoors, here too the structure has some apartments of this type with or without air conditioning.

Garden Studios:

The new Garden studio flats have recently been renovated, these too have an external kitchenette. The large bedroom can accommodate both a couple and a couple with a baby, the access is independent and they are located on the edge of the garden. Bright rooms equipped with a large bathroom with shower,
the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV and hairdryer as well as wifi.

Two-room apartments with 2 bedrooms:

These apartments are characterized by the presence of two separate bedrooms, therefore each occupant will be able to have his independence both for the entrance and for access to the toilets, the 2 bedrooms in fact have independent access with respect to the main door and the bathroom through the corridor. The kitchen corner, on the other hand, is located on the terrace side, if desired shaded by awnings, in a separate room from the 2 bedrooms. You then enter the kitchen from the small terrace, specially furnished for having lunch or dinner outdoors. Access to the apartment is independent and takes place via a few steps from the terrace. For these types there is the possibility of placing 2 or more apartments close together and of having or not air conditioning, in some there is also the possibility of having a double veranda, in which case the first will always be accessible from the entrance and the second from one of the 2 bedrooms.

Three-room apartments for more than 4 people:

Intended for families or groups of friends consisting of more than 4 people, we offer three-room apartments, these, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, have the possibility of adding a bed if necessary. Of this typology there are some with a small terrace and kitchenette connected to the external terrace, and others with an internal kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom and one single. Some of these three-room apartments will be able to have air conditioning.

Standard studios:

The standard studio apartment suitable for a couple, in case also with a small child, consists of a double bedroom, internal kitchen in a separate room, bathroom and independent access from the garden of the structure.

Double rooms:

The double rooms consist solely of the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, some of these equipped with air conditioning.
