The structure, immersed in a garden facing the sea, is located just one km from the historic center of Tropea and 500 m. from the characteristic village of Parghelia. Only 300 meters from the sea, the residence is divided into several outbuildings arranged around the central garden.
The garden has direct access to the beach via a path surrounded by greenery, it will be possible to have the private beach equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sunbeds rather than enjoying the breathtaking view from the panoramic terrace in the structure.
The residence also has a cafeteria with a large patio where you can relax, a gazebo in the garden where the grill is available to customers and a pleasant bowling green.
The annexes house the different types of apartments, each of which has characteristics that can satisfy the couple or a family made up of 4 or more members.
According to the services in the apartment and the subdivision of the internal rooms, we can distinguish these in:
Studios with sea view, Studios with separate kitchen;
Two-room apartments with 2 separate bedrooms;
Two-room apartments with bedroom and kitchen/living room;
Three-room apartments for more than 4 members.
All the two-room and three-room apartments have independent access, a part with air conditioning and a part with a large external veranda, the residence also has some double rooms without kitchen which can be used as an integration in case of larger groups or day use in case of late departures.
The atmosphere you breathe at the residence is that of a peaceful environment, immersed in Mediterranean nature where the sound of the sea simply accompanies a relaxing stay.
